Had second thoughts

Got a bit concerned last night when thinking about the impending purchase. I was aware that obviously a RWD car is not going to handle as well in winter as a FWD or AWD vehicle. However, I never really thought how big of a part tires played in that. So after doing a bit of research, I saw that a lot of G35 owners purchase a set of winter wheels. The cost could be anywhere from 800 - 1500 bucks, but it improves winter performance immensely, from what I've read. I'd rather do that than have to drive some beater around all winter...

Called the Infiniti Dealership...

And they've got the EXACT car I want in stock. Athens Blue, wheat leather interior, and the sport, aero, and premium packages. Every single option that I want. And the internet sales manager and I have already agreed on a price that is very reasonable, only a few hundred over dealer invoice. Now let's see if they try and screw with that at all... I go down to the dealership on Saturday. If all goes as planned, I'll be driving home in my new G35.

Weekend

Well the weekend went well. Spent Friday night drinking in a hot tub, and I noticed on my drive home that there were more cops out than I had ever seen before. And I ended getting followed nearly the whole way from Bonneauville to York by two different cops.

Then Saturday played some Party Poker, won about $10. Saturday afternoon I headed down to Hanover for this:


It took all my willpower NOT to walk out of the dealership with it. The only problems with this particular car are that it's black, and that it doesn't have a spoiler. But driving it was something else... Oh well, for that kind of money I'm getting everything I want, JUST the way I want it.
